TASHA BYERS is the law firm’s graphic design consultant and webmaster. Tasha manages the firm's websites and consults with colleagues on new and updated material to improve the firm's online presence. She trains staff and attorneys on new interactive software and acts as a liaison between contract designers, technical support, as well as the firm's web-hosting company. Tasha started working at the firm in 2006. She earned her bachelors of fine arts degree from the University of Virginia majoring in studio art with a concentration in digital media.

PEGGY GIBSON started working for MichieHamlett in 1991. As an administrative assistant and billing specialist, she provides administrative support to the administrator and accounting, as well as staff and attorneys.

CONSTANCE JOHNSON started working for the firm in 1980. She functions as the financial officer. Constance has a B.S. in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University.

MAGGIE PEARSON is Director of Communications at MichieHamlet. She is responsible for external communications activities, as well as community and client relations. A graduate of Hollins University, she worked in the office of Development and Public Affairs at the University of Virginia for several years. She is originally from Coral Gables, Florida, and has extensive experience in public relations, media relations, and marketing.

Maggie is a member of the Leadership Charlottesville Alumni Association Class of 2008, the Junior League of Charlottesville, and Big Brothers, Big Sisters.

TRACY PLEASANTS started working for MichieHamlett in 1998. As an administrative assistant, he provides support to all attorneys and staff members. He serves as the office liaison for inside and outside vendors. He helps to organize internal office functions, and is the maintenance coordinator for any issues that need attention. Before coming to MichieHamlett, Tracy worked as an auditor for a food processing company. He handled inventory control, logistics, helping with projections of and ordering of raw materials, ensuring product was moved through the warehouse appropriately, and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments.

SUSAN STEWART is the firm administrator.

SHARON WOODY started working for MichieHamlett in 1989. She is the receptionist, and handles all calls and visitors to the office. Sharon helps with accounting, data entry, printing checks, opening and closing client files, ordering office supplies, and scheduling conference rooms. Before coming to MichieHamlett, Sharon worked as a 911 dispatcher for many years.
