James P. Cox, III Named President of the Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association

James P. Cox III, with the law firm of MichieHamlett, Charlottesville, Va., began his term as President of the Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association on June 18. He practices in the areas of estate planning and estate administration and real estate. The Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association is a not-for-profit professional association established to preserve and improve the legal profession and its services to the people of the Charlottesville-Albemarle community.

Rhonda E. Quagliana, the President-Elect of bar association, is with the law firm of St. John, Bowling & Lawrence. She practices in the areas of civil litigation, criminal law, personal injury, business law, commercial litigation, and traffic violations.

David Thomas, also with MichieHamlett, has been named secretary/treasurer for the association. Thomas, a graduate of the UVA Law School, practices commercial law.
