MichieHamlett Attorney David Thomas Appointed to the Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) Board of Directors

David Thomas, an attorney with MichieHamlett in the commercial division, was recently appointed to the Albemarle County Service Authority Board of Directors. He will represent the Rio District, replacing Don Wagoner, the current chair. A graduate of the UVA School of Law, David has been with MichieHamlett since 2008.
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors created the Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) in 1964 to provide public water and sewer service to designated portions of the county. ACSA is a political subdivision of the commonwealth of Virginia and is governed by a six-member board of directors, which appoints an executive director to execute the policies and procedures set by the board. ACSA serves over 15,500 customers in its service area.
