David Thomas Accepted into Leadership Charlottesville Class of 2010

Congratulations to MichieHamlett Attorney David Thomas for his acceptance into the Leadership Charlottesville class of 2010.

The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce established Leadership Charlottesville in 1982 as an "economic development" initiative in order to advance a key Chamber program to serve the member enterprises' efforts to help build an active corps of engaged, dedicated civic leaders. Leadership Charlottesville has become and remains a signature Chamber member-service, community-building program.

Since 1982, the Chamber has graduated more than 700 individuals from Leadership Charlottesville. They are now challenging themselves, serving their employers and the community in active community-building efforts.

Leadership Charlottesville (LC) is a 10-month tuition-based program that begins in September and ends with a spring graduation. The fall program consists of eleven sessions built around a curriculum of community issues. There were a record number of applications for a limited number of seats for the 2010 class. Congratulations to David for being accepted!
