JOHN V. LITTLE practices primarily in the areas of business law and commercial
real estate law, including the formation and operation of business
entities, business and real estate finance, banking, real estate development,
and business and commercial real estate transactions. He has been with
the firm since he began practicing law in 1976. John is the editor and a coauthor
of Virginia CLE’s two volume handbook, Contract Law in Virginia. He
is listed in The Best Lawyers in America under the categories of both corporate
law and real estate law.
