WILLIAM C.
SCOTT IV focuses his practice entirely on domestic relations
law including divorce, custody and child and spousal support.
Scotty handles cases primarily in the Charlottesville area;
however, he tries cases as far away as Lynchburg, Richmond,
Roanoke, Harrisonburg, and Northern Virginia.
Scotty has been an associate with the firm since
January 1996 and previously served as Law Clerk to the Circuit
Court of the City of Norfolk, Virginia. Prior to attending
law school at George Mason University School of Law, Scotty
worked in various areas including law enforcement, commercial
real estate and public relations in Washington, D.C.
